Facility 1

References

Provide at least three references who are current clients and have used your services for at least 12 months. We email each reference a short questionnaire about service, communication, and billing accuracy. We use their contact details only for this review, never share them, and never contact them for any other purpose.

$250 application review fee

Paid securely by card when you submit.

When you submit this application you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to pay a one-time $250 application review fee. The fee covers the work of reviewing your company, facilities, systems, insurance, and references. There are no calls or meetings before this step.

Paying does not guarantee acceptance. This is a review fee, not a membership fee. The fee is non-refundable in every case, including if you withdraw your application, decide not to continue, cannot provide the required references or documents, or are not accepted into the network.

After this, you pay us nothing until a deal closes. No monthly fees, no listing fees, no per-lead charges. We're only paid again when a brand we matched you with signs and starts shipping.
