Provide at least three references. References must be current clients who have been using your services for a minimum of 12 months.

$250 application review fee

Paid securely by card when you submit.

When you submit this application you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to pay a one-time $250 application review fee. The fee covers the work of reviewing your company, facilities, systems, insurance, and references. There are no calls or meetings before this step.

Paying does not guarantee acceptance. This is a review fee, not a membership fee. We decline providers that aren't the right operational fit for the brands we place, and the fee is non-refundable either way.

After this, you pay us nothing until a deal closes. No monthly fees, no listing fees, no per-lead charges. We're only paid again when a brand we matched you with signs and starts shipping.
