FulfillYN ("FulfillYN," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at fulfillyn.com (the "Site") and provides an independent 3PL matchmaking service that connects brands with vetted fulfillment partners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. When you submit a brand intake form, a 3PL provider application, a contact form, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect details such as your name, company, email, phone number, website, order volumes, fulfillment requirements, and any notes you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6) and our third-party analytics and measurement partners (e.g., Google Analytics and the OpenAI advertising pixel).
• Analytics information. We use analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. This is aggregated and used for product improvement.

We do not knowingly use any technology to intercept, record, or "wiretap" the contents of your private communications. We do not deploy session-recording, keystroke-logging, pen-register, or trap-and-trace functionality that captures the content of your communications without your knowledge.

• To provide the matchmaking service and respond to your inquiries.
• To match brands with appropriate fulfillment providers.
• To send you the communications and newsletters you request.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We share information only as needed to operate our service: with vetted fulfillment providers when you ask to be matched; with the core service providers listed below; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Hosting & infrastructure. Base44 provides the platform, server hosting, and technical logs (such as IP addresses and access logs) used for the security and operation of the Site.
• Newsletter services. Beehiiv processes subscriber email addresses and engagement data (such as opens and clicks) to deliver and analyze our communications.
• Analytics services. Google Analytics (GA4) collects usage information to help us measure and improve the Site's performance.
• Advertising & measurement. OpenAI's advertising pixel collects usage and conversion information to help us measure the performance of our advertising.
• Email delivery. Resend facilitates delivery of transactional emails relating to your intake, application, or contact inquiries.

By using the Site, submitting a form, or clicking "Accept" on our cookie banner, you consent to the collection and use of information described in this Policy, including the use of cookies and similar technologies. Because we are committed to transparent, consent-based data practices, we disclose our collection methods up front and obtain your consent before deploying non-essential tracking technologies. This Policy is intended to ensure our practices are compliant with applicable law, including the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), the California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act (CDAFA), the California Unfair Competition Law (UCL), and the federal and California prohibitions on pen-register and trap-and-trace devices.
